I was born in Castellana Grotte, in the beautiful Apulia, that's where I started cooking with my mom Mina ..... my work has been since 2012... I've met a lot of people.. we had fun together.... between Italy & Germany... with a small station in Luxembourg & Macau... and now I'm based in Austria.
Since January 2020 with a wife Susan and my little Anthony, we have opened "Minute's Ristorante - Italian FOOD CULTURE" in Kufstein.
